GDA Technical AssistanceAdministrative Grant Training by GDA *Initial Service: “Overview of Grants Development & Administration” This class will introduce and provide an overview of the Grants Development & Administration Department. It will provide information regarding the function and structure of the department, and give an overview of the various grants currently operating in CCSD. Basic information regarding finding grants, making application for grants, managing grants, and evaluating grants will be provided to those new to administration.
*Grants Management: “So You’ve Got the Money – Now What?” This class will provide administrators with general guidelines and procedures for managing grant funds that their schools may currently have, or that may be awarded to their schools in the future. Regulations, requirements, and procedures for administrators charged with implementing grant projects will be reviewed. This training includes information on how grants relate to personnel, the purchasing process, and evaluation. The next scheduled training is on:

SB185 Training by GDA The purpose of this session is to review the State's SB-185 evaluation criteria and provide the staff person responsible for data collection (teacher or support staff) with surveys and evaluation tools that can be used in completing each school's SB-185 evaluation report.
