GDA Technical AssistanceAdministrative Grant Training by GDA *Grants Management: “So You’ve Got the Money – Now What?” This class will provide administrators with general guidelines and procedures for managing grant funds that their schools may currently have, or that may be awarded to their schools in the future. Regulations, requirements, and procedures for administrators charged with implementing grant projects will be reviewed. This training includes information on how grants relate to personnel, the purchasing process, and evaluation. This class will also provide an overview of the Grants Development & Administration Department. Information regarding the function and structure of the department will be provided and the training will give an indication of various grants currently operating in CCSD. *Grant Writing: “Finding and Securing Grant Money for Your School Projects” This class will provide administrators, or their designees, with information related to locating potential grant funding for school projects, writing grant proposals (including evaluation plans), and managing grant funds. Fiscal Policies and Procedures by FADA Fiscal Accountability and Data Analysis (FADA) offers one-hour trainings for support staff or anyone else responsible for completing and submitting grant-related forms to be processed.
