Organizational Structure

The current organizational structure of the Student Support Services Division is designed to bring services closer to the schools.  It realigns services to promote an improved collaboration with the five Regions and the Superintendent's Schools.  It provides a structure that defines the Division's role as a leader in safeguarding the rights of all students and ensuring equitable access to all educational opportunities.

The organizational structure ensures that major responsibilities are met and that an ongoing systemic review and renewal are incorporated.  The design strengthens school-based services while providing technical assistance and support to students, parents, administrators, and school staff.

Deputy Superintendent's Office

Provides leadership for implementing the mission and goals of the Division in accordance with Federal and State laws/regulations and District policy.  District-wide services such as the English Language Learner Program, Title I, Compliance & Monitoring Office, Low Incidence Department, Grants Development and Administration, and Fiscal Accountability & Data Analysis are aligned with this office.
